These terms describe the basic rules for using the current Skav Agro marketplace. They are written in plain English so the platform is easy to understand for farmers, buyers, and riders across Nigeria.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for making sure the information in your profile is accurate.
Marketplace use
Use the marketplace only for lawful buying, selling, messaging, and delivery coordination. Do not try to bypass verification or interfere with another user's account.
Payments and deliveries
Orders, payments, and delivery updates should follow the flow shown in the app. If a payment or delivery needs review, support may step in to help resolve it.
Acceptable use
Do not upload false listings, send spam, or use the platform in a way that creates risk for other users or the service.
